4. Funding Of Dog Rescue And Sanctuary.

PowerOfTheDog is not a charity but a commercial concern dedicating at least 50 percent of it's net profits to the welfare of dogs. Therefore at least 50 percent of any net profits generated from the proceeds of all sales and contributions made through the site will (if and when sufficient funds have accumulated) be used to help establish and run a dog rescue and sanctuary for abused and abandoned dogs. However, if, after a period of time, it becomes clear that sufficient funds are unlikely to be raised through said net profits to establish and run the intended dog rescue and sanctuary, then any insufficient funds already raised will instead be donated to an existing dog sanctuary(s) or dog charity(s) chosen by powerofthedog.com.

5. Termination.

This Agreement may be terminated by either party without notice at any time for any reason.

6. Miscellaneous.

This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA/UK applicable to agreements made and to be performed in the USA/UK.
